Use of Tools
My Sprint Plan provides agile tools for professional and personal use. These tools are provided “as-is” without any warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for any project delays, data loss, or “sprint carry-over” resulting from the use of our estimation tools.
No Account Required
We provide a “no-login” experience. Because we do not store user accounts, it is your responsibility to share session links with your team members. Once a session is purged or deleted, the data cannot be recovered.
Donations & Support
Donations to My Sprint Plan are strictly voluntary.
- Non-Refundable: Donations are non-refundable.
- No Special Access: Donating does not grant special ownership, influence over the roadmap, or access to private features unless explicitly stated.
- Support: Your donations help us cover hosting costs and keep the site ad-supported rather than paywalled.
Intellectual Property
The My Sprint Plan logo, branding, and original content are the property of My Sprint Plan. You may not scrape our content or tools for use on competing platforms.
Advertisements
Users agree to the presence of advertisements on the site. Use of ad-blockers is permitted but not encouraged, as ad revenue is what helps allow these tools to remain free for the agile community.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the site following changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
